RIBA Stages 0-6, workplace consultancy and design to create a cutting edge sales floor serving as a dynamic platform for product showcasing with collaborative supporting workplace consisting of meeting facilities, lounges space and hight adjustable workstations. The cafe is designed to be inviting for visitors and staff alike. Exposed services integrated acoustic rafts create a dynamic interior. The Project was been shortlisted for BCO. RIBA Stages 0-6, workplace consultancy and design to refurbish 10 floors at 70 Gracechurch Street, comprising of a new linking staircase between one of the seven receptions, restaurant space, living wall lounges for wellbeing, white glove meeting and dining facilities, collaborative workplace, locker & shower facilities. The projects received a ‘Good’ BREEAM rating. Project undertaken at Artillery Architecture.

RIBA Stages 0-6, to create an experiential store, showcasing 100 products over two floors, the introduction of a new staircase, bleacher seating and dining facilities enabled the space to be used for immersive food experiences & product training for installers. Incorporating a VR lounge, cabinetry, interactive projection and dining facilities to enhance all the senses. Project completed at CMI Architecture.

RIBA Stage 1-3, creating a ‘client ready’ enhanced workplace. The brief was to create a high quality environment, connecting through two floors with a bleacher style auditorium for staff meetings, surrounded by collaboration lounges to foster teamwork, with each floor comprising of 120 workstations, private meeting rooms, booths, wellbeing suite for new mothers and relaxation, games rooms and a coffee bar. RIBA Stages 0-5, workplace consultancy and design, incorporating a showcase kitchen, members boardroom, family offices and meeting facilities within the new CLT building to create this privately owned office environment, future proving the space for decades to come in the Chilterns rolling landscape. Project completed at CMI Architecture.

RIBA Stages 4-6, Fit-out works & alterations at Level 2. Design coordination & setting out of reflective ceiling plan & services with specialist subcontractor packages. The layout welcomes you in with a large reception arrival space before the design effortlessly mixes large open plan collaborative spaces with multiple glass partitioned break out & teamworking rooms. Other distinctive spaces being the Executive Chairman’s office and Meeting Library. Project undertaken at CMI Architecture.

RIBA Stages 0-4, workplace design & coordination focusing on creating a secure yet welcoming entrance framing the breath taking view from the 35 floor in the Horizon 2 building. The space was designed as a sales floor including meeting facilities, showcase auditorium, cellular offices, collaborative touch down space and cafe facilities to support both permanent and transient staff. Project undertaken at CMI Architecture.

RIBA Stages 0-6, workplace consultancy and design, the design incorporates a spectrum of business activities, including a collaborative workplace, learning kitchen, client lounge, changing facilities and breakout space for warehouse staff, supporting CFF teams over three floors for a 24/7 working environment, promoting cross - pollination amongst staff. Alongside, client and supplier facilities dedicated to the showcasing the culinary delights of the business. Project completed at CMI Architecture.

RIBA Stages 0-6, creating a security hub for a team of 40 including acceptability considerations over a tiered interior, facing towards a 68 no. monitor wall, with meeting facilities and breakout spaces to support the specialist team, adhering to META’s global playbook standards and procedures to deliver this complex project in stringent timelines. Project undertaken at CMI Architecture.

RIBA Stages 4-6, Fit-out works & alterations at Levels 3, 4, & 5. Original design prepared by Lorenc Design. made’s role was design management, and delivery/ coordination of tender information with specialist subcontractor packages. The design seamlessly integrates large open collaborative co-working spaces, with multiple 1-2-1 break out huddle rooms & large teamworking boardrooms. The large staff lounge provides a relaxed casual space for colleagues to meet, with the food for the lounge freshly prepared in the new adjacent prep kitchen.
