RIBA Stages 4-6, Fit-out works & alterations at Levels 3, 4, & 5. Original design prepared by Lorenc Design. made’s role was design management, and delivery/ coordination of tender information with specialist subcontractor packages. The design seamlessly integrates large open collaborative co-working spaces, with multiple 1-2-1 break out huddle rooms & large teamworking boardrooms. The large staff lounge provides a relaxed casual space for colleagues to meet, with the food for the lounge freshly prepared in the new adjacent prep kitchen.
